林sir表示投資首要坐得舒服，條件係：
第一、要睇客觀因素、公司有無問題，例如美國次按會否令國壽的人壽保單減少？次按會否令中移上客量下跌？不會呀！所以，揸國壽、中移點會坐得唔舒服？！
第二、睇派息(現金流)，夠不夠生活需要，追不追得上通脹？有啲公司賺大錢不派息，林sir一世都不會買，例如紫金，過去4年都有息派，但今年賺多50%利潤都唔派息，不照顧小股東，林sir話一世都唔買 (復地亦都一樣)。公司話賺大錢，但冇息派，不買！
向西貢意外的死傷者獻上祝福
西貢今早有旅遊巴懷疑超載超速，導致嚴重交通意外。在下筆的一刻，知道已有十七人死亡，四十五人受傷。
看午間新聞，曾蔭權到現場視察，接受訪問時不禁嗚咽。我很理解他的感受，因為我看到新聞片段，也很傷感，那是任何人親眼看到，都不禁戚然的慘劇。
一日之間，至少十七個家庭破碎了。2003年屯門公路巴士意外，廿一名乘客喪生，暫時與是次意外的死亡人數只相差四人。
這肯定是近五年最嚴重的交通意外。希望政府及社會各界，努力協助有需要的死傷者家庭。
人微言輕，但眾微合起來便言重，在此呼籲各位，向所有死傷者致以遙遠而深切的祝福。人死不能復生，但至少讓未亡人感到人間有情。
